Shipping

• We use JNE, J&T & SiCepat courier service for all orders shipped within Indonesia.
• We use Janio for shipping to Singapore & Malaysia
• Shipping is from Bandung, Indonesia
• Delivery is Monday-Saturday excluding public holidays.
• Orders will take approximately 2-7 business days from the date of purchase to arrive to you. If your order has not arrived within 3 business days, please track your order with your unique tracking number.
• During the holiday season, there may be unforeseen delays that out of our control.
• All of your orders will be processed once you confirm your payment.
• Please allow 1-3 days for us to prepare your order.

We don't responsible for any damage or loss caused through the shipment process or once the goods are received at the designated address.

We are not responsible if the courier can't deliver the package on time due to incomplete address or misspelled address. Please check to your local JNE office or you can call JNE Customer Service (021-29278888) for more information.  

EXCHANGES INFORMATION

You won’t be able to cancel or modify your order, once you already placed an order & make a payment confirmation.

The payment received can not be refund. If you have any sizing problems, you may exchange the product with desired size.
