Return & Exchange
WE ACCEPT RETURN & EXCHANGE UNDER THESE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS :
- The product has a manufacturing fault
- Sizing problems
- Request for return & exchange are no longer than seven (7) days after the item is received by customer.
- In cases of damaged items, customer must send photos to the Customer Service team so that they can be analyzed.
- We can give you exchange while stock last. If the product is out of stock, we can give you exchange with other product with the same price or above the original purchase price.
- There is no refund if you have already made any purchase or if you want to exchange products at a price below the original purchase price.
- The product remain new & must be in perfect condition, in the original box, unwashed, undamaged and with all the original tags attached.
HOW TO SEND THE GOODS BACK TO US?
- You may ship the goods back to our warehouse with the courier of your choice.
- Customers should bear all the required shipping cost, except for manufacturing fault products
- Please contact our Customer Service to get our warehouse address for return & exchange

We provide 30 days product warranty in case of any repairable damage.
Just send the shoes back to us, and you will get your shoes repaired for free.
